About Jacob's Ladder: We Educate, Empower and Enrich the lives of our Veterans and the surrounding community. We plan to Educate our Veterans and the surrounding community with necessary information needed so they are aware of and have access to all the benefits available in order for them to succeed in life.We believe that our Veterans and the surrounding community will be Enriched once they are offered the resources and tools needed to improve their environment. Jacob’s Ladder Community Health & Wellness Center team members goals are to help the Veterans and surrounding community with their Physiological, Safety and Emotional needs.
